Eligibility to Become a Member
All customers of current projects developed, and being developed by SRIJAN REALTY are eligible to become member under this program. There is no limit on the number of referrals/purchases by a member during the validity of the program.
Payout Process
Base Connect Payout of 1% will be released immediately once the agreement is executed and the referred customer & agent has made 20% payment of the total consideration value.
The remaining bonus payout will be released at the end of the financial year of the scheme.
PAYMENT CALCULATION DETAILS
Base Connect payment of 1% will be released immediately once the agreement is executed and the referred customer has made the 20% payment of the total consideration value. The remaining bonus payment will be made at the end of the financial year.
Total Consideration = Unit Price + Parking Charges, and Floor Escalation (as applicable)
The Scheme is valid from 1st April 2024 till 31st March 2025.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Only residential buyer can be connect member
Connect member selling commercial properties will be getting flat 1% commission on total consideration amount i.e. Total Consideration – Unit Price+Parking charges + Floor escalation as applicable.
All Srijan existing customers who are not connect members irrespective of residential or commercial will be entitled for one percent benefit in any new properties they buy from Srijan
Eligibility to Become a Member
All existing customers of Srijan can apply for membership by filling up an application form available at every Srijan project site; or by downloading the application form from the Srijan website. You can also contact the marketing department for enrollment.
A ‘Srijan Connect Membership Card’ with relevant details like name and membership number among others will be issued to applicants upon successful enrollment.
There is no limit on the number of referrals/purchases by a member during the validity of the program.
